About the Role
If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.
We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Deal Desk Specialist – EMEA serves as the commercial quarterback for strategic, complex and non-standard transactions across EMEA and supports APAC transactions as assigned. The role partners with Sales from early deal strategy through signature and booking readiness to structure commercially viable transactions, coordinate cross-functional decisions and ensure deals are properly approved, documented and operationally executable.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership of assigned transactions. The Specialist works within approved commercial, legal, financial and operational guardrails, makes decisions within delegated authority and engages functional owners when defined exceptions arise.
What a Day In The Life Looks Like
- Partner with EMEA Sales on deal strategy, pricing, packaging, discounting, payment terms, renewals, and negotiation trade-offs.
- Structure and evaluate complex enterprise transactions, including multi-year, usage-based, hybrid, phased, multi-product, and cross-border deals.
- Perform deal-level financial analysis covering ARR, ACV, margin, cash flow, discounting, and payment structures.
- Draft and negotiate Order Forms, Amendments, and Renewals using approved templates and Legal playbooks, escalating defined exceptions when required.
- Coordinate cross-functional input and validate commercial, booking, billing, revenue-recognition, entity, tax, and delivery requirements.
- Manage assigned transactions through signature, booking readiness, and post-signature handoff while maintaining accurate approval, document, and CRM/CPQ records.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
