Senior Decision Support Analyst
Location: London
Contract: 14-month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role
As a Senior Decision Support Analyst, you will build, test, deliver and evaluate data-driven marketing campaigns on behalf of Acxiom clients. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who combines strong campaign management experience with email marketing knowledge, analytical thinking and confident communication. You will take ownership of complex campaign activity, manage competing priorities through Jira, resolve delivery issues and use post-campaign reporting to help stakeholders understand performance and improve future activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing campaigns from briefing and planning through to build, testing, delivery and post-campaign evaluation.
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear campaign plans, delivery tasks and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare and manage campaign data and content, ensuring they are accurately segmented, validated, formatted and ready for activation.
- Deliver email marketing activity, including content templating, campaign setup, quality assurance and deployment coordination.
- Review campaign specifications and work with stakeholders to validate deliverables and obtain sign-off.
- Work collaboratively with client and internal data and marketing teams, maintaining clear communication on progress, dependencies, risks and next steps.
- Investigate and resolve campaign delivery, platform and data integrity issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Produce post-campaign reporting and analyse campaign data to identify trends, performance drivers and opportunities for optimisation.
- Manage workload and priorities effectively, using Jira to track activity and maintain visibility across delivery.
- Identify processing efficiencies, document improvements and share campaign management best practice across teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
