Overview

Decision Analysis Services Limited (DAS) is an independent professional services company. Since 2007 we have provided services globally to more than 200 client organisations within the energy, defence, government, transport, and health sectors. Based in offices from Glasgow to Sydney, we support clients across five continents.

We specialise in bridging the gap between strategic planning and operational execution, developing enduring solutions to the uniquely complex issues faced by our clients. We are experts in programme management, systems thinking, investment modelling, machine learning, and data analysis. These unique skills, coupled with our extensive experience of engineering, regulatory practices and operations delivery enable us to develop sustainable, long-term solutions for our clients.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant in our Digital Consulting Practice, you'll help shape and deliver complex transformation programmes across Defence and wider government, blending project management and business change skills. Working at the crossroads of technology, strategy, and delivery, you'll support the adoption of digital capabilities in our clients' mission critical environments, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

If you have a defence background with experience in capability integration using the DLOD (Defence Lines of Development) "TEPIDOIL" mnemonic, we would love to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships across technical, operational, and senior leadership levels to support digital transformation
  • Capability Integration Leadership: Coordinating and presenting at capability integration working groups, enabling effective integration of people, processes, and technology within secure, high-stakes environments
  • Translation & Advisory: Act as a bridge between technical delivery teams and user communities, translating complex ideas into practical, mission-driven outcomes
  • Market Insight & Growth Enablement: Contribute to pipeline growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping client propositions, and supporting bids with insight and credibility
  • Programme Delivery Influence: Support delivery of high-impact programmes by aligning delivery frameworks, guiding change implementation, and driving results on the ground

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
