The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior DA Oversight Analyst to join our Technical Underwriting & Delegated Authority Oversight team within the CUO’s office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Delegated underwriting professional to play a key role in the oversight and governance of delegated underwriting arrangements across Everest's Lloyd's and company market platforms. Working closely with underwriters, delegated underwriting partners, and key stakeholders across the business, you will help ensure robust due diligence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Everest's Delegated Underwriting Authority framework.
The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of delegated underwriting controls and governance processes while supporting strategic business growth through effective oversight and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Conduct due diligence reviews of delegated underwriting arrangements in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the oversight of delegated underwriting business across Lloyd's and company market platforms.
- Act as a key contact for Lloyd's coverholder applications, ensuring compliance with Lloyd's Delegated Authority requirements and standards.
- Partner with underwriting teams to facilitate the onboarding and ongoing oversight of delegated underwriting arrangements.
- Support material outsourcing assessments and governance reviews for delegated underwriting business.
- Prepare management information, reporting, and committee materials to support governance and oversight activities.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing Everest's Delegated Underwriting Authority policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with the wider Technical Underwriting & DA Oversight team to ensure delegated authority products align with product governance requirements.
- Support coverholder and MGA audit activity and contribute to the monitoring and remediation of findings where required.
- Act as a deputy to the Head of Technical Underwriting & Delegated Authority Oversight when required.

What You'll Bring
We're interested in candidates who have:
- Experience within Delegated Underwriting, Technical Underwriting, Underwriting Governance, or a related insurance function.
- Exposure to the Lloyd's market, insurance company market, broker environment, MGA, or coverholder sector.
- A strong understanding of due diligence, governance, outsourcing, and regulatory oversight requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience producing management information and governance reporting.
- Knowledge of Lloyd's systems such as ATLAS and DCOM would be advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
