Senior Delivery Consultant – Technology Staffing
Location: London
Type: Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to take ownership of delivery across some of our highest-demand technology accounts.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who is excellent at finding and engaging technology talent but is equally comfortable speaking directly with clients, taking requirements and managing relationships.
The Role
You’ll work across established accounts with consistent requirements and significant opportunity for growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple technology requirements across key accounts
- Sourcing, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates
- Working directly with clients to take and qualify new requirements
- Managing candidates throughout the full recruitment process
- Providing market insight, rate guidance and candidate availability
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensuring a consistently high level of delivery across your accounts
- Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring more junior consultants as the team grows

What We’re Looking For
- Strong track record within contract recruitment and delivery
- Experience working across high-volume or high-demand accounts
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and hiring managers
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple live requirements
- Commercial mindset and understanding of account growth
- Ambition to progress into leadership

As you establish yourself and grow your accounts, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of Delivery Consultants, taking greater responsibility for client relationships, account performance and the development of the people working underneath you.
