Senior Delivery Consultant – Project Hiring (Aerospace & Defence)

We are expanding our delivery capability to support some of the largest and most complex projects in the aerospace and defence sectors across the United States. This is an opportunity to work on strategically important programmes that demand speed, precision and elite technical talent.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Delivery Consultant to lead project hiring and contingent staffing for major aerospace and defence programmes across the US.
This is a senior delivery-focused role for an experienced consultant who excels at rapid, high-volume placement of technical and specialised talent into large-scale, often security-sensitive projects. You will own end-to-end delivery for key client programmes, ensuring the right people are in place on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full delivery lifecycle for project and contingent hiring mandates supporting major aerospace and defence programmes across the United States
- Partner closely with programme managers, hiring managers and procurement teams to understand technical requirements, clearance needs, timelines and commercial parameters
- Source, screen, present and place high-calibre contractors and project talent across relevant technical disciplines
- Manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining rigorous quality standards and compliance requirements
- Coordinate interviews, rate negotiations, offer management and onboarding in fast-paced project environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and contractor talent to ensure successful project outcomes and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record as a Senior Delivery Consultant with experience placing technical talent into large-scale project environments
- Experience supporting aerospace, defence, government, or other highly regulated / security-conscious sectors is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce models, rate cards, compliance and contractor engagement
- Ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority programmes simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with programme leads, engineering managers and procurement functions
