Senior Delivery Lead - Outside IR35 - Contract (Energy)

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to drive a data transformation programme across all pillars of an Energy & Utilities client, including the Analytics & Trading pillar. Reporting to the Delivery Principal, you’ll work as part of a cross-functional team to perform a business-wide assessment with C-Suite stakeholders, plan their transition and embed organisational and cultural practices for best-in-class data governance.

This is a hands-on role combining delivery leadership, engaging key stakeholders, process mapping and organisational change.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of a multi-phase change programme across multiple pillars of an organisation with ambitious goals
  • Participate in interviewing C-Suite and other stakeholders, distilling their objectives, obstacles and obligations, and work with your cross-functional team to map results across the organisation
  • Use organisational analysis methods such as process mapping and value stream mapping to derive insights and propose processes aligned with future data and governance needs
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption and lasting change
  • Leave behind sustainable ways of working that the client can own independently

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
