Senior Delivery Lead - DevSecOps Transformation - £1000 Per Day Inside IR35 - 6 months contract - Hybrid

Your new role A leading financial markets organisation is embarking on a large-scale technology transformation programme focused on modernising core platforms and embedding DevSecOps practices across the business. This role sits at the heart of that transformation, providing delivery leadership across multiple engineering, platform, product and supplier teams.

As the DevSecOps Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a strategic DevSecOps workstream, acting as the delivery orchestrator across Product, Engineering, Operations and third-party suppliers. You'll be responsible for driving alignment, managing complex dependencies, ensuring delivery readiness and helping establish a future-proof platform that enables faster, more secure software delivery. The role has a significant change and transformation element, requiring someone who can influence stakeholders and help drive a DevSecOps mindset across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
