Role Overview
Oversees multiple products, fostering accountability and collaboration, leading with data, and ensuring successful delivery through process governance and stakeholder relationships. Ensures the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Lead by example in integrating LSEG values across the team, striving for excellence and partnership
- Manages the planning and execution of complex products across cross-divisional business units, building with purpose to meet strategic goals
- Identifies and tracks key technical dependencies and competing priorities, leading with data to make informed decisions
- Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within the team, acting as owners and collaborating to achieve common goals
- Ensure rigorous process governance and continuous improvement, proposing innovative improvements to enhance workflows
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Oversee quality assurance and risk management activities, diving deep to thoroughly investigate and manage issues
- Develop and implement strategies for successful product delivery, building responsibly and delivering incrementally.
- Take initiative for personal training and development, continuously learning and being curious to better support product delivery. Encourage team members to engage in skill-building activities and share insights that can enhance project outcomes.
- Enable hiring and growing the best talent by fostering a high performing team culture of accountability, learning & development, recognition, and leadership.
