Position: Senior Delivery Lead - OT Cyber Security
Location: London – 2 days per week onsite, 3 days remote (potentially flexible)
Type: Contract, Inside IR35, 6 Months
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join a major cyber security transformation programme within a leading international manufacturing organisation. I must stress the senior part in the job title - this person will need to be both an expert in OT but also someone who has clear, demonstrable experience of operating at a Senior Delivery Lead level.
The role sits within the Manufacturing & Operational Technology (OT) workstream, which is focused on strengthening the security and resilience of the systems that underpin large-scale manufacturing operations.
Initially, the role will focus on the rollout of OT Monitoring across priority manufacturing sites, working closely with site leadership, engineering, operations, cyber teams and third-party suppliers. The OT Monitoring solution, including Claroty, will provide improved visibility and threat detection across manufacturing environments.
Once the initial rollout is established, the role is expected to support delivery of further OT security initiatives across the programme, potentially including IT/OT network segregation and Secure Remote Access.
You will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, maintaining delivery governance, managing risks, issues and dependencies, coordinating internal teams and vendors, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to the required security, regulatory and quality standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
