Senior Delivery Lead (UK Regulatory)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead (UK Regulatory).

In this role you will:

  • Act as the Portfolio Delivery Lead for UK Commercial Banking programs
  • Lead a team of Project Managers to provide project management and consultancy services on project/ system implementation, workflow design, and process re-engineering across different Streams of UK Commercial Banking outside of Business Banking
  • Collaborate and manage stakeholders across UK Commercial Banking to deliver aligned outcomes, strong governance and effective change adoption
  • Identify opportunities to leverage shared capabilities, best practices, and reusable solutions across UK Tech to improve cost, speed, and control
  • Evaluate current processes from front-to-back to identify inefficiencies to drive simplification, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced productivity
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) as appropriate to measure the success of initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong HSBC Tech experience in managing large, complex Programs and Portfolios. Team lead experience would be an advantage
  • Understanding of Regulatory environment the Bank operates in
  • Solid background and previous experience in Banks Project Management methodology and tooling
  • Previous experience in managing OKRs, PI Planning, QBRs, Controls environment
  • Tech experience in Release management and knowledge of incident management
