Who are we?

Avenue3 is a Yorkshire-based digital consultancy specialising in open data, modern engineering and the transformation of complex systems across health, government and regulated sectors. We bring deep expertise across strategy, discovery, architecture and engineering, helping organisations modernise systems and adopt open data standards for long-term interoperability.

Our teams focus on high-quality delivery, using agile, collaborative ways of working that de-risk programmes and accelerate outcomes. Avenue3 offers a purpose-driven culture centred on impact, openness and meaningful problem-solving - giving engineers autonomy and influence over how we design and deliver solutions.

The opportunity

At Avenue3, we're looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager with a minimum of five years' experience, a strong background in defence or health environments, digital delivery experience, and a consulting, customer-focused mindset. Someone who can partner with clients to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-priority software development projects.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex client requirements and modern agile software engineering. You will be responsible for removing blockers, fostering a high-performing team culture, and ensuring the friction-free delivery of secure, impactful digital products.

You'll thrive delivering in environments where the problem and solutions are not always fully defined, using the skills of the team to iterate the delivery to meet the clients needs. Acting as a trusted partner to both business and technical stakeholders, you'll translate strategic intent into well-scoped, deliverable workstreams that align with user needs, policy context and engineering reality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
