The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Delivery Manager who can join our growing team at Xiatech and help us on our delivery journey. The Senior Delivery Manager owns delivery of a major, multi-market client strategic initiative - currently a 52-market global template rollout - orchestrating the master rollout plan across squads, technical leadership, and the client relationship at a senior level.
The Senior Delivery Lead should be able to deliver in a ‘hybrid’ manner especially when engaging with new customers and run more fully Agile as the relationship develops into a tighter partnership over time. Internally the teams always run Agile and we are committed to constantly improve our Agile ways of working. We also recognise that we need to work with the customer against milestones and budgets and therefore be able to front load some elements of requirement gathering, design and maintain solid forecasts along the way. This is a balance and the Senior Delivery lead will use their experience to take the best approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking for a role that will have a genuine impact from day one in a rapidly expanding organisation.

- Instil a delivery-centric mindset, driving teams to collaborate in an agile and efficient manner, striving to expedite project timelines without compromising quality.
- Lead and manage the delivery of complex solutions, products and services using hybrid/agile practices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
