Senior Delivery Manager
£65,000 to £70,000 plus bonus | Uxbridge | 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Are you already working in food delivery and know what really drives performance on Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat?
I am working with a growing multi brand food business operating across the UK. Delivery is a major part of the business, and they are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to take ownership of the aggregator relationships, performance and growth.
This is a role for someone who knows delivery from the inside.
You might be working for Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat, managing restaurant partners and helping them grow. Or you could be working for a restaurant group, QSR, hospitality business or food operator, owning delivery performance across multiple sites.
Either way, you will understand the platforms, the commercial levers and what it takes to turn delivery into profitable growth.
What will you own?
You will be the main point of contact for the delivery platforms and take ownership of the relationship and commercial performance.
You will:
- Own the aggregator strategy across Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat
- Build strong platform relationships and use them to secure co funding, campaign opportunities, support and better commercial outcomes
- Own sales and order growth across a large multi site estate
- Manage £80,000 to £100,000 a month in marketplace media spend and make sure every pound has a clear commercial reason
- Lead promotional activity across more than 75 sites, balancing platform funded and self funded activity
- Get into the data to understand what is actually driving performance across brands, platforms and locations
- Run tests and experiments across ads, offers, bidding and timing, then turn the results into decisions
- Own the delivery funnel from visibility and conversion through to basket size and repeat ordering
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Food Development to make sure promotions drive profitable orders, not just volume
- Lead and grow a team, starting with a Performance Analyst and with scope to build further as the business grows.

What are they looking for?
Someone who really knows delivery.
You will have hands on experience with Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat, including their manager and back office platforms.
You will also be:
- Commercially minded and comfortable owning sales, spend and targets
- Analytical, with the ability to look beyond the headline numbers and understand what is really happening
- Strong with relationships, particularly when negotiating with large delivery platforms
- Hands on, happy to set the strategy but also get into the detail
- Highly organised, with experience managing multiple sites, campaigns and priorities
- A confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and operational teams
- A people manager, or someone ready to take the next step into leading a team
- Experience in multi site food, QSR, hospitality, franchise or delivery would be particularly relevant.
