At Great State, we help organisations stay ahead of changing customer expectations through strategy, design, and technology. We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who can bring people together, create momentum, and deliver exceptional digital projects.
This isn't just about managing plans and running stand-ups. It's about asking the right questions, spotting risks early, solving problems, and giving clients confidence that everything is under control.
You'll lead the delivery of complex digital projects across websites, apps, and platforms, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver great outcomes.

We're looking for someone with
- Significant experience delivering digital projects in an agency environment.
- A strong understanding of digital delivery, planning, governance, and commercial management.
- Confidence leading clients, workshops, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A passion for delivering high-quality work and helping others do the same.
