British Heart Foundation (BHF) funds lifesaving research. The Technology department is an integral internal partner for BHF to help deliver our overall organisational strategy, which is to support research and innovation, help people affected by heart and circulatory disease, and drive income growth across our commercial, retail, and fundraising offerings.

We’re looking to recruit a Senior Delivery Manager to join us on an 18-month fixed term contract, covering an internal secondment, and help shape and deliver new features and enhancements across a wide range of infrastructure platforms for BHF.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating with various senior stakeholders, overseeing the delivery of services on the infrastructure roadmap, ensuring compliance with technology processes and policies.

With delivery experience across Azure, networking and cloud/platform services, you’ll operate in both a project and product delivery capacity to drive outcomes across complex infrastructure initiatives.

Experienced working across Azure platform services, delivering change and adhering to governance controls with sufficient technical understanding to challenge, this role will coordinate and unblock complex delivery activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
