Senior Delivery Manager (Data & Analytics)
Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract
Rate: Up to £490
Location: Newcastle initially, with flexibility to work from various UK locations thereafter (excluding London)
Travel: Approximately once every two weeks
Clearance: BPSS
The Opportunity
We are supporting a major UK organisation as it continues to expand and evolve its Data & Analytics function. As part of this growth, we are looking for two experienced Senior Delivery Managers to play a key role in driving delivery excellence across a complex portfolio of data and analytics initiatives.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape delivery strategy, establish effective governance, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple programmes and workstreams. This is a high-impact role with significant stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to influence how delivery is managed across a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain delivery plans across a portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define and implement delivery approaches and priorities.
- Drive delivery across multiple programmes, ensuring alignment to organisational objectives.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges across complex workstreams.
- Improve visibility, governance, reporting, and delivery controls.
- Establish and embed delivery standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Foster consistency and predictability of delivery across teams and functions.
- Support continual improvement of delivery capabilities, processes, and ways of working.
- Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

About You
You will be an experienced Delivery Manager with a proven track record of operating within large, complex organisations and delivering outcomes across technology, data, digital, or transformation programmes.
Essential Experience
- Leading delivery across large-scale, complex programmes or portfolios.
- Managing multiple stakeholders and navigating competing priorities.
- Strong governance, planning, and delivery management experience.
- Managing dependencies across numerous teams and business areas.
- Driving continuous improvement and delivery maturity initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.

- Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, or Digital Transformation programmes.
- Public sector or highly regulated environments.
- Portfolio-level planning and delivery oversight.
