  • Support the development and maturation of the Finance Shared Services organisation, helping to move from transactional delivery towards a more standardised, controlled, service-led and performance-managed model
  • Partner with Shared Services leadership to strengthen service management disciplines, including process ownership, service measures, issue management, knowledge management, continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate transition activity where processes, activities or teams move into Shared Services, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, handovers, readiness criteria and adoption support
  • Support & coordinate standardisation and simplification of Finance processes across sites and business units, reducing manual workarounds and local variation
  • Support the embedding of service level expectations, key performance indicators, operational controls and continuous improvement routines
  • Support Finance integration initiatives following acquisition activity, ensuring Finance processes, systems, controls, reporting and operating model impacts are clearly understood and managed.
  • Coordinate integration planning across legacy organisations, aligning Finance activities where appropriate while recognising operational, system and regulatory constraints
  • Support the development of pragmatic integration roadmaps covering Finance systems, consolidation, reporting, data, controls, shared services and process harmonisation
  • Work with Finance, IT, integration management, risk and control stakeholders to identify synergies, dependencies, risks and decision points
  • Ensure integration activity is governed effectively, with clear ownership, escalation routes and progress reporting
  • Support the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA across Finance and integrated business processes, including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Master Data Management and related operational interfaces
  • Work closely with Global Process Owners, Product Leads, Business Deployment teams, IT delivery teams and systems integrator partners to ensure design, build, test, deployment and stabilisation activity is coordinated and outcome-focused

  • Ensure ERP deployment plans reflect Finance operational cycles, period-end requirements, controls, reporting dependencies and business critical activities
  • Lead governance and delivery oversight across initiatives, ensuring effective reporting, risk and dependency management, compliance with financial and audit controls, readiness for go/no-go decisions, and delivery of agreed outcomes and benefits

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
