Delivery is where our client work succeeds or slips, so we're investing in the team and looking to grow it further. This role sits right at the centre of that, leading complex client engagements and helping shape how the function works as we scale.

The role

You'll own complex digital delivery for our clients, the sort where expectations are high, the problem isn't fully defined, and the outcome matters.

  • You'll step into ambiguity, make the call, and keep things moving.
  • You'll build relationships clients trust and rely on.

Not all of your time will be client-facing. You'll help drive our own initiatives, shape how the function works as we grow, and have a real say in where it goes next.

A lot of what we do sits in complex, regulated settings, including public sector work, so if you've delivered in those environments you'll feel at home here.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital products, programmes, and transformations
  • Own outcomes across planning, governance, risks, and dependencies
  • Take hold of engagements that have drifted and get delivery back on course
  • Act as the senior delivery voice with clients, guiding decisions and challenging when needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience in roles like Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager, leading engagements across multiple teams
  • A track record of owning outcomes rather than coordinating activity
  • Proven ability to take on a difficult engagement and turn it around
  • A consultative approach. You challenge and guide clients, and know when to hold a line and when to flex

This role reports to our Head of Delivery and you'd typically be accountable for one or more concurrent client engagements at any time.

Nice to have

  • Public sector delivery experience, or experience in similarly regulated, high-scrutiny settings. Our team's public sector exposure is limited, so this background would be genuinely useful, but strong delivery capability matters more
  • Programme management experience. It's a plus, not a must. This is a delivery management role at its core

Where you'll work

Whilst there's no set number of days you're required to be in the office each week, we really value spending time together in person, both as a team and with our clients.
