We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about bringing people, technology and business goals together. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of technology change initiatives, guiding multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders to successfully deliver secure, scalable and user-focused solutions.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with time split between Jacobs offices, client locations in Essex, and home working, helping you achieve a balance that works for you and your team.

Here's what you'll need
What You'll Bring
We're interested in your potential as much as your experience. You might be the ideal candidate if you have:
- Experience leading the successful delivery of technology projects, products or services within complex stakeholder environments.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across clients, suppliers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience delivering third-party technology solutions, including SaaS and/or PaaS platforms.
- Strong planning, governance and risk management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies.
- Experience gathering, analysing and translating business needs into practical, user-centred solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies and the confidence to apply the right approach for different delivery environments.
- A collaborative leadership style that encourages inclusion, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing, business change or technology adoption activities would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with delivery and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM or equivalent is advantageous.
