Job Description
We're looking for an Oracle EBS Service Delivery Manager to support UK public sector clients. You'll need to guide & supporting projects ensure that the Programs are happening as per agreed timelines & deployment plans.
As a senior delivery leader accountable for end-to-end NHS AMS operations covering Application Support, Design & Development, Customizations, In-Flight Projects, Testing, Release Management and Continuous Service Improvement. The role owns service quality, SLA/KPI performance, major incident governance, stakeholder communication, operational readiness and smooth transition of change/project deliverables into BAU support.
Your role
Responsible for managing end-to-end Oracle EBS AMS delivery, including support, enhancements, and releases, ensuring SLA adherence, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own AMS delivery across application support, design, development, customization, testing and release functions.
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, service reporting, incident/problem/change governance and continuous service improvement.
- Lead P1/P2 situations, escalation management, service restoration, RCA and preventive action tracking.
- Govern development/customization backlog, solution design reviews, estimates, build quality and deployment readiness.
- Manage in-flight projects, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource allocation and BAU transition readiness.
- Own SIT, UAT, regression, payroll-critical validation, defect governance and production release sign-off.
- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly governance with NHS stakeholders, suppliers and internal leadership.
- Maintain KT, SOPs, runbooks, support acceptance criteria and operational handover artefacts.

Required
- 15+ years IT delivery / service management experience, including large AMS engagements.
- Strong ITIL service management and major incident governance experience.
- Experience managing application support, development, testing, release and project delivery teams.
- Good understanding of NHS ESR / Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll support landscape.
- Ability to lead multi-vendor, onsite-offshore and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive reporting, risk governance and customer relationship skills.
- Preferred: ITIL v4, Prince2/PMP, Agile/Scrum and Oracle HCM exposure/certification.
Preferred
- Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform Program planning and other delivery planning.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills
- Should have at least 15 years of experience & should have managed large scale projects as Program manager.
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
