Digital Delivery Manager

Salary: Up to £110,000 + 10% Bonus

Location: UK Wide (Excluding London) – Remote First with occasional client site travel

We're supporting a leading digital consultancy that delivers large-scale transformation programmes across the Healthcare and Public Sector landscape. With a strong reputation for delivering user-centred digital services, they are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead complex programmes, build trusted client relationships, and drive successful outcomes for both customers and delivery teams.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile digital transformation initiatives, managing multidisciplinary teams while playing a key role in account growth, business development, and organisational leadership.

The Role

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of digital products and services, ensuring programmes meet user needs, commercial objectives, and client expectations. You will provide strategic leadership across delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and team development while helping to identify and secure future opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex digital transformation programmes across Healthcare or Public Sector clients.
  • Own programme governance, risk management, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Manage budgets exceeding £1m and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Create high-performing delivery environments that empower teams to succeed and develop.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for project, team, and client-related issues.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting business development activities.
  • Ensure delivery quality, governance standards, and contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Proven track record managing agile software delivery projects across web, mobile, or digital platforms.
  • Previous experience working within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills, including ownership of £1m+ programme budgets.
  • Experience generating follow-on business and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Background delivering projects within Healthcare, Government, or the wider Public Sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience managing contracts, commercial terms, and programme governance.
