They're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the core delivery team behind the workflow engine that the ENTIRE Health Assessment Service depends on. Yes, it's a big, meaningful piece of kit. No, you won't be left to sink or swim — this is a team and a client that back the people they bring in.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Leading agile delivery across a genuinely complex, multi-team programme — and coaching others to raise their game while you do it
• Shaping strategy, not just executing it — roadmap input, scaling the service into live operation, and steering integration with a major related service
• Getting hands-on with technical delivery — CSRF tokens, RBAC, task metadata, integration with strategic reference architecture components — enough to speak the engineers' language
• Untangling the move from status-based to task-based workflows (and living to tell the tale)
• Owning risk and dependencies like a pro — RAID logs, escalations, the works
• Keeping senior stakeholders aligned, informed, and on your side
• Championing accessibility — WCAG 2.2 AA isn't a checkbox here, it's a standard
