Senior Delivery Manager

We’re supporting a growing digital consultancy that's working with organisations on some genuinely complex challenges.

They help their clients make sense of difficult problems, shape the right solutions and then actually make them happen.

The best bit?

They're growing and want a Senior Delivery Manager to join the team!

Why this org?

They're not interested in being another consultancy that rolls in with a huge team, creates a mountain of PowerPoint slides and disappears again (you know the ones 👀)

For them, they want to build long-term relationships with clients, become trusted partners and work alongside them to solve problems that genuinely matter.

This means that the work is super varied - One day you might be helping a client define a new digital capability then working with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver it the next.

📣 What I think is a major selling point is the fact you'll have a voice 📣

You won’t be a tiny cog in a massive machine, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how they work, how they deliver to their clients and how they build the delivery capability.

The ideal person will bring ideas, challenge them when you think they could do something better and are excited by the opportunity to help shape what comes next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • ☑️ You’ll manage the inevitable blockers, dependencies and competing priorities, while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • ☑️ You’ll also have a genuine seat at the table with senior stakeholders - you'll be trusted to build relationships, influence decisions, challenge thinking and have the conversations that need to be had
