Delivery Tech Recruitment Consultant
π Location: Central London (London Bridge)β office-based, with WFH Fridays
The Company
Our client is a boutique, specialist technology recruitment consultancy, established over a decade ago and built around a deep focus on a technical niche within the tech recruitment space. They are not a generalist agency, they compete on genuine market expertise and long-standing client relationships rather than volume. The business is proudly independent, meritocratic, and deliberately small: "if you work hard and do well, you should be justly rewarded" is a core operating principle, with a flat structure, no red tape, no bureaucracy, and accessible leadership.
The Role
This is a pure delivery role. Our client's Account Directors and Managers own the client relationships and win the accounts, you'll be handed live, warm roles from day one, so you're not starting from zero or expected to build a client book from cold. Your focus is candidate-side: sourcing, engaging, managing and closing against roles that are already open.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- 2β4 years' recruitment experience
- Ideally having worked at no more than 1β2 companies (a sign of stability and genuine progression, not job-hopping)
- Tech recruitment experience is welcomed but not required; our client is genuinely open to strong recruiters from other desks and markets
- Could suit an experienced delivery-focused consultant, or a 360 recruiter looking to transition into a more account-management/delivery-weighted key account role
- Strong relationship-building instincts; how you've built and maintained relationships with candidates matters more than sector background
Culture & Team
This is a close-knit team of around 6 people, it's worth being upfront that a small, intimate culture won't suit everyone, but for the right person it means real visibility, no politics, and a genuine seat at the table from day one. The team is outgoing both internally and with clients: they invest heavily in those relationships through lunches, drinks, roundtables, and monthly tech events they host and sponsor. This is a business that pushes back against remote-only, face time and real relationships are part of the model.
