The Opportunity

Platinum & Partners have been engaged to identify a Senior Delta-One Trader (buy side experience a must either Prop trading house or Hedge Fund) for a fast-growing proprietary trading firm in Singapore with a focus on Real World Asset (RWA) markets and on-chain derivatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an institutional-grade trader to apply a deeply transferable skillset to one of the most exciting and rapidly expanding corners of global markets.

To be clear: this is not a role trading traditional ETFs. Our client is looking for someone who already knows how to price, hedge and trade across fragmented, illiquid markets with complex FX overlays — and wants to apply that exact toolkit to the on-chain RWA ecosystem. If you have built your career navigating emerging market ETFs, structured baskets or Delta One desks, the analytical and operational skills you have developed map directly onto what this firm is building. Full global relocation support is provided.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
