Senior Demand Generation Manager

£60,000–£70,000 + Bonus | London | Hybrid

Most demand generation roles are about generating more leads.

This isn't.

Our client is a rapidly growing technology business that's transforming the way organisations access and manage flexible workforces. Combining a highly scalable digital platform with a strong commercial operation, they've become one of the market leaders in their sector and continue to invest heavily in product innovation, AI and international growth.

As they continue to expand across the UK and overseas, they're looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and optimise a sophisticated enterprise demand engine focused on winning large strategic accounts.

If you've moved beyond traditional lead generation into Account-Based Marketing, AI-enabled marketing operations and enterprise demand generation, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the demand generation strategy across multiple international markets, working closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to build campaigns that generate qualified enterprise opportunities—not just marketing leads.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
