The Role

You'll help scale Lumion's global marketing engine. This role owns the planning, execution, and optimization of paid and lifecycle demand generation across paid search and social (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), email, webinars, SEO, and generative engine optimization, all of it tied directly to pipeline and revenue. It's a hands-on senior role for a builder. Think growth engineer: fluent across the paid platforms, daily in the numbers, deep in HubSpot and CRM workflows, sharp on website and landing page conversion, wired to test, learn, and compound gains across the funnel. You'll orchestrate campaigns end to end and stay close enough to the work to build and tune it yourself, directing agencies and content partners where they extend your effort. AI is core leverage here, not a side tool. We're looking for someone who has rewired their workflow around it: running a higher-throughput experimentation program, spinning up localized pages and ad creative across markets at speed, automating parts of the HubSpot lifecycle layer, and shortening the loop from performance data to decision, with the judgment to keep quality and brand intact as the human gate.

What You'll Own

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Multi-channel campaigns end to end across core buyer personas and regions (US, UK, ANZ, EMEA).
    • Define goals, timelines, channels, and KPIs mapped across the buyer journey.
    • Own delivery of MQLs and their progression to SQLs alongside the SDR and CRO teams.
    • Brief external media and content partners on creative that meets business goals, timelines, and brand standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Website and Landing Page Optimization

    • Own CRO as a core discipline: page UX, form performance, and a continuous testing program across pages, creative, and lifecycle sequences.
    • Use AI to produce test variants fast, so the constraint is your hypotheses rather than your production capacity.
    • Instrument and analyze user behavior to find and remove friction on the path to conversion.
  • Lifecycle and CRM

    • Own campaign execution and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot: email nurtures, lead scoring, segmentation, and structured lead routing and handoff to Sales with clear follow-up tracking.
    • Improve attribution and connect campaign activity to revenue.
    • Co-develop playbooks that link campaign themes to outbound outreach.
  • Performance and Budget

    • Own reporting on CAC, CPL, lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
    • Take accountability for campaign pacing across paid media and lifecycle email, manage budget efficiency, and lead performance reviews with agency partners.
  • Scaling Across Markets

    • Adapt and scale winning campaigns into new regions and languages, using AI-assisted transcreation to localize pages and creative at speed while accounting for local buyer behavior and channel mix, not just translation.
    • Build repeatable frameworks so wins compound across markets.
