I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Responsibilities
- Own Deel’s enterprise ABM strategy across one-to-many, one-to-few and one-to-one motions, with particular focus on one-to-few programs and genuinely personalized one-to-one plays for strategic accounts.
- Define and maintain the target account list and tiering model with Sales and RevOps, using intent and engagement data to prioritize.
- Orchestrate account-level campaigns across paid, sales outreach, direct mail, executive engagement and content.
- Build and own a selective enterprise events strategy: executive dinners, roundtables, hosted events and a small number of tier-one conferences, prioritizing quality of attendance over volume.
- Run proven enterprise B2B tactics such as analyst and peer-review influence, executive programs, customer reference and advisory programs, and partner co-marketing.
- Maintain the enterprise playbook (ICPs, buying committees, pain points, personas, messaging) with Product Marketing, and turn it into repeatable ABM templates and frameworks.
- Work with regional marketing leads to localize programs and direct proof-point investment (case studies, testimonials) to the markets where they move accounts.
- Partner with Product Marketing on enterprise launches, shaping timing and communication so enterprise customers and prospects get appropriate notice.
- Own the budget end-to-end, with clear attribution and ROI reporting on pipeline created and influenced from target accounts.
- Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership on account planning, pipeline reviews and handoffs, and educate internal teams on ABM and enterprise demand best practices.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation, with at least 3–4 years running ABM and enterprise-focused programs.
- Strong command of enterprise metrics: target-account engagement, pipeline created and influenced, account penetration, opportunity conversion, deal velocity, ACV and win rate.
- Proven experience running ABM at scale across all three motions, with a clear point of view on what real one-to-one looks like.
- Hands-on experience with ABM and intent tooling (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus or equivalent) and CRM/marketing automation.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with enterprise Sales teams on shared account plans.
- Product marketing fluency: able to build or contribute to ICP, persona and messaging work.
- Experience in multi-region, global B2B environments (a plus).
