The Role
Own the demand generation strategy and campaign calendar, aligning activity with sales priorities and pipeline goals.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, content, webinars and events.
- Develop programmes for technical enterprise audiences, including CIOs, IT leaders and enterprise architects.
- Work closely with Sales and Presales to agree targeting, improve lead quality and strengthen follow-up.
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to turn customer challenges and product messaging into effective campaigns.
- Build nurture journeys that support longer buying cycles and keep prospects engaged.
- Work with Customer Success on opportunities to support retention, expansion and customer growth.
- Establish clear reporting on channel performance, conversion and pipeline contribution, using the findings to guide investment.
- Use AI and automation to improve research, campaign delivery, testing and reporting.
- Adapt activity across international markets, particularly North America and EMEA, with broader coverage of LATAM and selected APAC markets.

About You
- Experience owning demand generation or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- A track record of delivering qualified pipeline and explaining how your activity contributed to commercial results.
- Hands-on experience across several marketing channels, including paid acquisition and nurture campaigns.
- Comfortable marketing complex products to technical buyers within large organisations, including regulated businesses.
- An understanding of sales-led buying journeys, multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles.
- Confident working with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools to improve targeting, lead management and measurement.
- Experience working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Success.
- Able to set a strategy and personally build, launch and optimise the campaigns behind it.
- Comfortable working with limited infrastructure, setting priorities and building useful processes as you go.
- A practical interest in AI, with sound judgement about where it can improve quality and efficiency.
- Direct enterprise architecture experience would be useful, but isn’t essential. Understanding technical audiences and having personally delivered successful demand programmes are more important.
