We focus on creating products that improve everyday life through strong brands, consumer insight and innovation.

EMEA Senior Demand Planner

The EMEA Senior Demand Planner will own the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned markets, categories and customers across the HPC Division, developing accurate unconstrained statistical and collaborative forecasts using multiple data sources, business intelligence and commercial insight.

The role will lead demand reviews with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams, challenging assumptions where required and ensuring forecasts reflect promotions, new product launches, discontinuations, customer activity and wider market trends.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and regional leadership, the Senior Demand Planner will drive cross-functional alignment and ensure demand plans are aligned with commercial priorities, supply constraints and wider business requirements. The role will actively contribute to the S&OP process, supporting the delivery of a robust consensus forecast and acting as a key point of contact for forecast governance, demand review preparation and demand-related decision-making.

The Role

As a senior member of the planning team, you’ll coach and support Demand Planners, drive best practice and deputise for the Demand Planning Manager when required. You’ll analyse forecast performance, identify root causes and lead improvements across forecasting, systems and planning processes, with a strong focus on simplification and efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
