Job Description

Technimove is looking for an experienced Senior Deployment Engineer to join our growing Operations team. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile data centre, cloud, networking, and infrastructure transformation projects for enterprise customers across multiple technologies and environments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the design, planning, and delivery of complex migration and engineering projects
  • Acting as a senior technical authority across Data Centre infrastructure (racking, stacking and all cabling aspects)
  • Delivering enterprise-scale server relocation and transformation projects
  • Creating and reviewing HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, test plans, and technical documentation
  • Supporting pre-sales teams with technical expertise and proposal development
  • Mentoring engineers and sharing technical knowledge across the business
  • Working closely with consultants, project managers, customers, and third parties
  • Driving technical excellence, innovation, and best practice across all project delivery

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in cabling infrastructure, copper, fibre, installations and testing
  • Experience delivering physical server relocations and enterprise migration projects
  • Strong networking knowledge including implementation and troubleshooting
  • Ability to lead technical delivery and customer engagements confidently
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement
