Innovex International, Inc (NYSE: INVX) is a Houston-based company established in 2024 following the merger of Dril-Quip, Inc and Innovex Downhole Solutions. Innovex designs and manufactures products to support upstream onshore and offshore activities worldwide.
Role Description
Innovex are seeking a Senior Design Engineer - Downhole to join our team in Dyce, Aberdeen on a permanent basis. This role will focus on ensuring that products and services meet the required quality standards by designing new or making modifications to existing product lines to meet customer needs.

Typical Responsibilities
- Creating, checking, and approving drawings, calculations, CN's, CR's, test procedures, test reports, assembly procedures, and tech units.
- Preparation of design packages for performance of design review.
- Development of test procedures and carrying out test programs.
- Participation in field running procedures and reports.
- Assembly of equipment and participation on field jobs.
- Assigning work to and supervising the activities of drafters, ensuring that they are provided with adequate information to produce design packages/ manufacturing drawings.

Qualifications
- Degree Qualification preferred
- Ability to create and review technical drawings and test procedures.
- Extensive on the job experience in an Engineering environment.
- Demonstrable experience of interpreting product requirements into effective designs/drawings which have then been used for Manufacture.
