What You Will Do

As a member of our development team, you will support the successful delivery of projects through a combination of engineering, process, and financial analysis activities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the assessment of new opportunities, evaluate design requirements, and help develop cost-effective project solutions. You will perform high-level analysis of bundled sales components, supporting decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to influence project planning, budgeting, and execution while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

How You Will Do It

  • Support project development activities across engineering, operational, and financial workstreams.
  • Conduct technical, process, and financial analyses to support project planning and execution.
  • Evaluate bundled sales opportunities and provide insights to improve overall project value.
  • Assist in assessing new project opportunities, including feasibility and design requirements.
  • Support budgeting activities by developing cost estimates and analysing project expenditure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and project requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in project development, engineering, business analysis, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting projects through planning, analysis, and execution phases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical, operational, and financial information.
  • Experience preparing budgets, cost analyses, and business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with complex or bundled solution sales.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, building technologies, or solutions-based environment.
  • Familiarity with financial modelling and business case development.
