Senior Design Manager | Hyperscale Data Centre | East London | Up to £150,000 Package
I'm working with a Tier One Main Contractor to recruit a Senior Design Manager for one of the UK's flagship hyperscale data centre projects.
📍 Location: East London
💰 Package: Up to £150,000 (c. up to £110,000 basic + car allowance, bonus & benefits)
🏗️ Project: £400m New Build Hyperscale Data Centre

We're looking for someone who:
- Has delivered a Hyperscale Data Centre project.
- Has worked for a Tier One Main Contractor or a large specialist subcontractor.
- Has extensive experience managing the design process through pre-construction and delivery.
- Is confident coordinating consultants, specialist packages, and client stakeholders on complex, fast-paced projects.
- Understands the technical challenges associated with mission-critical environments.
