Senior/Principal Design Manager

Great projects require exceptional coordination, strong leadership and a relentless focus on delivery. As a Senior/Principal Design Manager, you will help drive some of the most technically complex engineering projects in the industry from concept through to completion.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing consultancy while taking ownership of project design management, stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary coordination across major international developments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing project design programmes and deliverables.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Facilitating design workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Managing project risks and programme challenges.
  • Supporting client engagement and project communication.
  • Ensuring quality and delivery objectives are achieved.
  • Contributing to strategic project planning.

Essential Skills

  • Experience managing complex design programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Engineering, architecture or construction background.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
