Position:
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will independently manage your own high-end residential projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of the interior architecture, design development and technical delivery. Working under the guidance of an Associate, you will collaborate closely with the studio's dedicated FF&E team to ensure both disciplines are coordinated throughout each project.
You will be responsible for developing concepts into detailed design packages, coordinating technical information, managing clients, consultants and contractors, and supporting projects through to installation. This role would suit a confident all-round designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and has the experience to lead them independently while working as part of a collaborative team.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a confident and well-rounded Senior Interior Designer with the ability to independently lead luxury residential projects from concept through to completion. You will have strong creative and technical ability, be comfortable managing clients and consultants, and enjoy collaborating with specialist FF&E designers to deliver beautifully resolved interiors.

- Minimum 7 years' experience within luxury residential interior design.
- Proven experience independently managing projects through all design stages.
- Strong concept design and design development skills.
- Excellent interior architecture and technical drawing ability.
- Experience producing and coordinating detailed drawing packages.
- Confident managing client relationships, consultants and contractors.
- An understanding of FF&E, with a keen eye for materiality, antiques and beautifully detailed interiors.
- Strong understanding of bespoke joinery, architectural detailing and materiality.
- Comfortable attending site visits, coordinating installations and resolving technical queries.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe CS
