Senior Interior Designer
Our Interior Design team is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working on a range of high-end, bespoke projects, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional design from concept through to completion, bringing creativity, precision, and commercial awareness to every stage.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of luxury interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll oversee projects from concept through to installation, collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
You will:
- Lead and manage multiple design projects from inception to completion
- Create and oversee high-quality design packages, including technical drawings and specifications
- Present and communicate design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet commercial targets
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure products are specified accurately and delivered on time
- Conduct site visits to maintain design integrity and quality standards
- Oversee bespoke design elements, including FF&E and joinery
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to support their development

About You
You will be a highly organised and creative Senior Designer with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering luxury interiors. Comfortable managing multiple projects, you’ll bring both a hands-on design approach and the ability to lead and influence others.
You will:
- Have proven experience in luxury or high-end interior design
- Be confident managing projects end-to-end, including budgets and timelines
- Demonstrate strong technical skills across AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Have excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Be detail-oriented, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Be comfortable leading projects and supporting junior team members
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
