Role Description
This full-time Senior Designer role is hybrid. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating detailed facade system designs, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and functionality. Key tasks include:

The role also involves overseeing design documentation and contributing to innovative design solutions for various projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit
- Strong understanding of facade systems, including curtainwall, windows and doors, rainscreen cladding, and louvres
- Knowledge of construction details, technical drawings, and materials relevant to facade design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate design feasibility and address challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with site and project teams
- Familiarity with safety standards, building regulations, and CWCT requirements
- 5-10 Years of experience within Facades with a specific focus on cladding and curtainwall
