- Integrated Campaign Design: Create compelling work across advertising, retail, shopper marketing, packaging, digital and social channels, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
- Brand & Visual Identity: Apply and evolve brand guidelines while bringing fresh thinking, strong art direction and a clear point of view to every project.
- Presentation & Storytelling: Present creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients, explaining the thinking behind the work and responding constructively to feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Account teams, Producers and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative work.
- Production & Quality Control: Prepare artwork and design files accurately for print, digital and other production requirements, maintaining high standards of craft and detail.
- Team Contribution & Mentoring: Support more junior members of the creative team, share knowledge and contribute positively to the development of the agency’s creative output.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
