The Role
You’re an experienced designer that has spent significant time working on advertising and digital communications, and preferably has strong social media experience.
You have experience applying and also creating design guidelines. At the same time we're looking for creative flair - evidence you push visual design and campaign ideas beyond the predictable. And you can also sell your work too, building arguments for your work that win clients over.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’re an authority on best practice, across channels and formats. And when required you manage and lead other members of the Creative team on the more technical aspects of design.
Because digital is our bread and butter, you should also ‘get’ social media. You’ll understand what makes something work in a feed, how design changes across platforms and why social-first creative is different from traditional advertising.
While design will be your domain, we’re looking for someone with range. You should be comfortable flexing into web design. Motion and video skills are also beneficial. And we’re embracing AI across our creative workflow. So you should be experimenting with how new tools can help you explore ideas, move faster and produce better work.

- A strong understanding of social media and digital design
