We're looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our Creative team and play a key role in bringing the Center Parcs brand to life.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative professional who combines strategic insight with hands-on design delivery. You'll create impactful creative solutions across marketing communications, physical products, branded environments, and on village experiences.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead projects from concept through to delivery while mentoring others and driving creative excellence across the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver creative concepts that support brand, guest, and business objectives.
- Create high-quality design solutions across a range of channels and touchpoints.
- Manage projects from initial briefing and concept development through to final production.
- Maintain and evolve Center Parcs brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative output.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing creative expertise and guidance.
- Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence.
- Manage, mentor, and support junior team members and freelance creatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the brand and guest experience through innovative thinking.
- Embrace AI and emerging technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes, standards, and ways of working.
- Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practice.

Your working hours
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, with the remaining days working remotely. This role will also require regular travel to our Center Parcs villages across the UK to support with site visits, stakeholder workshops, project development, installations, photography, and video shoots. Some overnight stays will therefore be required, along with a full valid UK driving licence.
About You
Please note that a strong portfolio of multi-channel commercial-driven work is required, and applications will automatically be rejected if no portfolio is supplied at the time of application.
You will also require:
- A full valid UK driving licence
- Substantial experience as a commercial designer working in marketing, ideally in entertainment, travel, or hospitality.
- Experienced Mac user with experience of using Adobe CC specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ability to work within a corporate business structure and collaborate across teams and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience producing creative solutions for multi-channel campaigns
