Senior Designer – Workplace Design & Build
Location: London
Salary: Up to £90,000 (depending on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Designer to join one of London's leading Design & Build companies. This is a key client-facing position, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile workplace projects from initial concept through to completion.
We are seeking an exceptional designer with a strong portfolio of UK commercial workplace projects and the confidence to lead presentations, pitch creative concepts, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of commercial workplace projects from concept to completion.
- Develop innovative and creative workplace design solutions that meet client objectives.
- Present and pitch design concepts confidently to clients and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead design workshops and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical designers and delivery teams.
- Mentor and support junior designers within the studio.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest design standards.

Requirements
- Significant experience within UK Workplace Design or Commercial Interiors.
- Previous experience working within a Design & Build environment is highly desirable.
- Outstanding presentation, communication and client-facing skills.
- Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
- Strong design, space planning and conceptual skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Revit experience would be advantageous).
