Brand & Communications Designer (Senior)
Leeds | Hybrid
£40k - £45k
Currently working at a leading brand consultancy or strategic design agency? Ready to create work that makes a genuine impact?
We're looking for a talented Brand & Comms Designer to join an established, employee-owned design studio with an outstanding reputation for strategic branding and beautifully crafted creative.
Working with a collaborative team, you'll help shape brands from the very beginning - developing concepts, building identities and bringing them to life across multiple touchpoints for global brands and purpose-led organisations including food & drink, sustainability, healthcare, energy and not-for-profit sectors.

- Brand identity, brand strategy and creative concepts
- Integrated campaigns
- Annual reports, corporate and internal communications
- Conference and event collateral
You'll play a key role from concept through to delivery, presenting ideas to clients and creating thoughtful, strategically driven design that solves real business challenges.
We're looking for:
- Experience within a top brand consultancy, branding agency or strategic design consultancy.
- A standout portfolio showcasing brand identity, visual identity and brand communications.
- Strong conceptual thinking and excellent typography, layout and visual design skills.
- Experience taking projects from strategy and concept through to final execution.
