How we enrich everyday life:
You will be joining Bauer Media Audio’s Marketing Team. We are a creative and collaborative group working across some of the UK’s most iconic brands including KISS, Magic Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, Absolute Radio, Kerrang, and Planet Rock. Our work also spans podcasts, social video, competitions, commercial events, and our listening app, Rayo.
You will join the newly formed Design Hub, working alongside an existing Creative Lead (Senior Designer) within a growing team of designers and video producers who collaborate closely with brand marketing, podcast, social, and commercial events teams. Together, we deliver bold and engaging creative that connects with millions of listeners and viewers.
The difference you will make:
You will play a central role in shaping and upholding the creative standard across Bauer’s brands and platforms. Working in partnership with the Head of Design & Delivery and the Creative Lead, you will help guide a team of midweight and junior designers to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant campaigns across digital, print, and motion.
From initial brief to final delivery, you will steer projects to ensure excellence in craft, brand consistency, and commercial effectiveness. Your senior expertise will elevate the team’s output, encourage innovation, and champion the adoption of emerging tools and technologies, including AI-enabled design platforms.
Your role
You will report into the Head of Design and help lead creative delivery across multiple platforms and teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creative Leadership and Campaign Delivery
- Delivering integrated campaigns from concept through to final execution
- Presenting creative concepts and campaign work to the Head of Design and senior stakeholders
- Ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Maintaining high standards of craft across digital, print, and motion
Digital, Motion, and Print Design
- Overseeing the creation of digital assets for social media, email, websites, events, and marketing campaigns
- Leading motion graphics output where required
- Ensuring correct adaptation and optimization of creative across platforms
- Overseeing preparation of print-ready artwork and integrated campaign assets

The skills you will bring:
Essential
- Experienced Senior Designer - you will have experience leading, nurturing, and developing creative teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform campaign delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience working with platforms such as PowerPoint, Figma, Miro, and additional tools that support design, presentation, and delivery workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including senior leadership collaboration
- Deep understanding of brand consistency across platforms
Desirable
- Experience across media, social, youth culture, lifestyle, and entertainment platforms
- Motion design skills such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Experience using AI creative tools and emerging design technologies
Experience
- Senior Designer experience delivering high-level creative campaigns
- Experience working in fast-paced creative or media environments
- Proven track record of leading projects from brief to final delivery

Full time, permanent. Hybrid working. London-based.
