SENIOR DESIGNER

Permanent | Hybrid (Central London) | Up to £60K

About the Role:

We're partnering with a creative agency to recruit an experienced Senior Designer to join their collaborative creative team.

This is an opportunity for a designer who thrives on developing strong creative ideas, shaping visual direction and delivering exceptional work across a variety of channels. You'll play a key role in bringing concepts to life, working across digital, social, branding, campaigns and print, while collaborating with strategists, writers, creatives and video specialists.

You're looking for someone who is confident taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. You'll be comfortable working from both well-defined briefs and more open creative challenges, helping to shape ideas, influence design direction and articulate the thinking behind your work.

Digital sits at the heart of the team's output, so you'll have a strong understanding of social-first design and know how creative needs to evolve across different platforms and audiences. Alongside this, you'll enjoy creating presentations, brand identities, campaign assets and beautifully crafted publications.

This role would suit a highly conceptual designer who enjoys variety, takes pride in exceptional craft and is excited by emerging technologies, including AI, as part of the creative process.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop creative concepts, visual identities and design systems across a wide range of projects.
  • Create engaging social-first content for multiple digital platforms.
  • Design campaign assets across digital, social and out-of-home media.
  • Produce polished presentations and pitch decks in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Build presentation templates and scalable design systems for wider team use.
  • Design reports, brochures, publications and other long-form collateral.
  • Translate loose briefs into thoughtful, visually compelling creative solutions.
  • Develop mock-ups and visual routes that help communicate and sell creative ideas.
  • Adapt creative concepts seamlessly across multiple formats while maintaining consistency.
  • Confidently present and articulate your creative thinking to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with writers, strategists, creatives and video specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and support to other designers on design best practice, technical execution and creative standards where required.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Explore AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, production and workflow efficiencies.
  • Continue developing your craft by embracing new technologies, tools and creative techniques.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
