Senior Designer | Luxury Design Consultancy
London | 12 Month Maternity Cover | Up to £60,000
Curated Search is exclusively partnering with a highly regarded luxury design studio to appoint an experienced Senior Designer.
Working with an exceptional portfolio of international luxury hospitality, retail, and lifestyle brands, the consultancy creates bespoke collections shaped around each client's identity, environment, and vision.
This is a highly creative, concept-led role for a designer who can take a client brief and develop a compelling creative direction through to the finished product. You will combine strong design thinking and storytelling with excellent technical knowledge, creating concepts that are both distinctive and commercially considered.
The Role
- Develop creative concepts and visual stories from initial brief through to final product.
- Interpret client identity, heritage, and environment to create distinctive design directions.
- Develop mood boards, colour, fabric, print, and design narratives that bring each concept to life.
- Design across multiple product categories, with a strong focus on womenswear and tailoring.
- Work closely with pattern cutters and product development, with a strong understanding of construction, fit, and fabrication.
- Present and confidently sell concepts to high-profile clients and senior stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets within a fast-paced creative environment.
- Support and mentor a Junior Designer.

About You
- Senior-level experience within luxury, premium, or high-end fashion.
- Strong womenswear and tailoring expertise.
- Exceptional concept development and visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio demonstrating the journey from brief to final product.
- Excellent fabric, garment construction, and fit knowledge.
- Strong CAD, illustration, hand sketching, and presentation skills.
- Confident working with pattern cutters and leading fittings.
- Excellent client presentation and communication skills.
- Commercially aware, highly organized, and able to work with pace and minimal direction.
- Menswear experience is advantageous but not essential. Uniform experience is not required.
