Looking for your next opportunity to create standout experiential environments and brand activations? This is a chance to join a highly respected creative agency delivering award-winning experiences for some of the world's most recognised consumer brands. You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, combining strategic thinking, creative excellence and technical expertise.
A key highlight of this role is the balance of work. Around 75% of your time will be dedicated to a globally recognised premium drinks brand, designing large-scale experiential activations, exhibitions and branded environments seen by audiences around the world. The remaining 25% will be spent working across a varied portfolio of clients and projects spanning technology, gaming, retail and sport, giving you exposure to a broad range of sectors and creative challenges.
This role would suit an experienced 3D Creative who enjoys taking ownership, presenting ideas to clients and collaborating with production, account handling and multidisciplinary creative teams to bring ambitious concepts to life. You'll have the opportunity to influence creative direction, mentor junior team members and see your work delivered on a global stage.
What You'll Be Doing...
You'll be responsible for creating engaging brand experiences that connect with audiences through innovative spatial and experiential design. From initial concepts and sketches through to highly crafted visualisations, you'll play a leading role in shaping creative solutions that are both visually impactful and commercially deliverable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
