Belfast | Full-Time
We’re delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Senior Designer on behalf of an award-winning, independently owned creative marketing agency based in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented designer who loves creating standout work, developing strong brand identities and bringing ideas to life across both digital and physical touchpoints.
Our client is a busy, ambitious agency working with more than 60 clients each month across three core areas – Brand, Web and Marketing. Their work ranges from global campaigns through to complete brand transformations, websites and integrated marketing campaigns.
They’ve also received significant industry recognition, including being named Creative Business of the Year 2023–2024 and Digital Business of the Year 2022–2023 by Belfast Chamber.
You'll be joining a talented, close-knit team of designers, strategists, developers and performance marketers, working collaboratively to create work that genuinely stands out.
The Role
As Senior Designer, you'll play an important role within the wider creative team, taking projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
You'll have the opportunity to work across branding, campaigns, web, digital, social, motion, packaging, OOH and more, so this would particularly suit someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to be limited to one area of design.
You'll also have the opportunity to influence the wider creative output of the agency and support more junior members of the team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing distinctive brand identities that are both strategically considered and visually strong.
- Creating digital-first design systems, social content and campaign creative.
- Working across a broad mix of brand, web, digital, motion, packaging and OOH projects.
- Taking ownership of creative projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Collaborating with designers, strategists, developers, marketers and other internal teams.
- Turning briefs and strategic thinking into strong creative concepts.
- Presenting creative work and ideas directly to clients with confidence.
- Clearly communicating and explaining the thinking behind your creative decisions.
- Helping push creative boundaries and continually raising the standard of work produced.
- Supporting and mentoring junior creatives within the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
