About Intermission Film

Intermission Film is an award-winning, full-service creative agency in London, New York, Amsterdam and Melbourne. We partner with leading distributors, streamers and broadcasters to create trailers, promos, key art, creative content and socials for films and series that audiences love. Recent work includes Ready or Not 2, Wasteman, Rental Family, Urchin, Black Mirror and The Gentlemen S2.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to lead complex and high-value campaigns within our Print team.

You’ll be trusted to manage creative delivery with minimal oversight, guiding junior team members while maintaining strong client relationships. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong creative judgement, commercial awareness and leadership capability.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead creative execution across large-scale or high-profile campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and support resource forecasting.
  • Translate briefs into actionable creative direction for designers.
  • Lead creative problem-solving across teams.
  • Art direct photoshoots with confidence.
  • Mentor and develop Designers, Junior Designers and Studio Assistants.
  • Champion workflow improvements and uphold best practice standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrable design experience in a creative agency environment.
  • Proven track record leading mid-to-high level projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong commercial judgement and understanding of project profitability.
  • Confident client-facing presence.
  • Ability to motivate, guide and elevate creative teams.
  • Consistent professionalism and creative integrity.
